Styrande dokument i Region Stockholm
Region Stockholm styrs i grunden av olika lagar, exempelvis kommunallagen. Dokumenten ger organisationen förutsättningar att göra rätt saker på rätt sätt. De beskriver vad nämnder och bolag ska göra, vem som ska göra det och hur det ska göras.
Vårt främsta styrande dokument är budget. Budgeten fastställs årligen av regionfullmäktige. Budgeten gäller för alla våra verksamheter och är överordnad andra styrande dokument. Utöver budgeten finns policyer, riktlinjer och strategier som beskriver hur det dagliga arbetet ska utföras och hur verksamheten ska utvecklas.
