About the Platform

Led by Culture Action Europe, the CultureAndHealth Platform is a four-year transformative  initiative designed to support over 200 European emerging artists working at the intersection of culture, health, care, education and social sectors.

What we offer

Financial support

Over 170 artists will receive grants to carry out projects or engage in international learning mobility opportunities.

Learning together! – Through more than 60 trainings and 30 peer-learning workshops, artists and professionals will expand their knowledge, explore new practices, and share their experiences.

Networking events

Four international conferences in Finland, Austria, Romania, and Belgium, alongside many onsite and online events, will showcase innovative practices and foster connections.

Online community

Launching in 2027, our digital platform will open up to enable matchmaking between the health and cultural sectors.

A stronger voice for culture and health

The CultureAndHealth Platform aligns with EU priorities to enhance cultural participation, promote health equity, and integrate arts into public health strategies. It addresses vulnerable populations through inclusive, participatory arts initiatives.

Local support

National points of contact across 16 countries will be there for artists to adapt the project in their own language and context. Kulturförvaltningen - Kompetenscentrer för kultur och hälsa is the national partner in Sweden.
