All government agencies must have an official agency mailbox. In Region Stockholm, each board and committee is considered a separate agency. The agency mailbox is a functional mailbox with its own email address and is used for both emails to political bodies and the administrative organization.
Almost all emails sent to us become public records. Therefore, be careful not to include sensitive personal information in your message.
